OUR STORY
​
Soul Choir began in the Summer of 2018 with 5 people learning 'I Wish I Knew How it Feels to be Free.' Since then Soul Choir has gone from strength to strength growing to over 100 members and expanding our repertoire.
​
We mostly sing classic soul but have also learnt some blues and gospel. The sessions are relaxed and all levels of ability and confidence are welcome.

We perform every 3 months or so but participation in concerts is not obligatory

OUR SESSIONS
I currently run three sessions per week
​
Tuesday evenings (7:00 - 8:30pm) at Slaithwaite Community Centre
​
Wednesday evenings (7:30 - 9:00pm) at Holmfirth Methodist Church
​
Thursday evenings (7:00 - 8:30pm) at 8-10 Wood Street, Wakefield
​
